APS ENERGY STAR^® Homes - Find a HERS Rater/Inspector:

Raters can analyze your plans and assist you in meeting the current ENERGY STAR requirements, as well as determine individual plan scores.

HERS raters also provide inspection services according to the EPA's testing and inspection protocol. You can locate a certified independent HERS rater/inspector through the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET). APS does not conduct plan rating or the independent testing and inspecting of the homes under construction.
