APS ENERGY STAR^® Homes - Builder Resources

Through the APS ENERGY STAR Homes Program, we work with builders to encourage more efficient building practices. Implementing energy efficiency measures at the time of construction is easier and more cost effective than retrofitting efficiency after a home has been built. For many new home measures, such as building envelope improvements, the benefits of energy-efficiency upgrades will be sustained for the life of the home, producing signficant savings.
