Incentives for Wind Energy – Non-Residential

Wind systems for non-residential customers can either be tied to the APS power grid (“grid tied”) or installed as a stand alone system (“off-grid”).  With a grid tied system, you can draw electricity from the APS grid when your system is not producing enough to meet your needs.

Whether your system is grid-tied or off grid, APS incentives for non-residential customers can be paid as a Production Based Incentive (PBI) based on the actual production of your system (PBI) or as an Up-Front Incentive (UFI).
