APS Duct Test and Repair Rebate Program Requirements
Participation is limited to current APS customers who live in an existing home that is served by APS. Only APS residential customers who receive duct testing and repair services at their electric service address qualify for this program. This rebate does not apply to new homes.

To qualify for a rebate:

• Work must be performed by a contractor who is licensed in the State of Arizona and who has completed the required training as a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified Building Analyst. Please contact the APS Energy Answer Line at (602) 371-3636 or (888) 890-9730 for a free referral to a contractor who meets the program requirements.
  
• Duct testing services must be performed after the program start date of December 31, 2007 and before the end date of the program to be eligible for a Duct Test and Repair Rebate. This program will end when rebate funds expire.
  
• Your applications must be received by APS within 6 months of the test or repair of your duct system.

How to Apply for a Duct Test and Repair Rebate

• Your application must include a completed APS Residential Duct Testing and Repair Program Rebate Application Form along with the required supporting documentation. The application form details the data that the contractor must supply.
  
• Incomplete applications cannot be accepted. Complete all sections of the program application form and attach a copy of paid invoice from your duct testing and repair contractor. Your contractor must fill out the entire contractor section of the form.
  
• Your completed application form and enclosed attachments should be mailed to:

• Your information will be verified prior to issuing a rebate check. We conduct on-site inspections at a random sample of installations prior to issuing a rebate check.
  
• If APS approves your Duct Testing and Repair rebate application, APS will mail you a rebate check. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your rebate application to be processed.
