Eligibilty

The following requirements must be met to qualify for this rebate.

Must be a current APS customer.

Rebate application form must be submitted to APS within 6 months of
the test or repair date.

Rebate does not apply to new homes.

Rebate amounts are per system. Maximum of 5 units per home.

To qualify for an APS Residential Duct Test and Repair Rebate, work must
be performed by a contractor who is licensed in the State of Arizona and
has a Building Analyst certificate from the Building Performance Institute (BPI).

Incomplete applications cannot be accepted. Complete all sections of the
      rebate application form and attach a copy of paid invoice from your duct testing
      and repair contractor. Your contractor must fill out the entire contractor
      section of the form.

Your information will be verified prior to issuing a rebate check. We conduct
on-site inspections at a random sample of installations prior to issuing a rebate check.
