APS Quality Installation Rebate Requirements

• Participation is limited to customers who are replacing an existing system with a qualified high efficiency system and receiving an APS Residential AC Rebate.
• Units must be installed after August 1, 2007 and before the end date of the program to be eligible for a Quality Installation Rebate.
• Your applications must be received by APS within 6 months of installation of your equipment.
• Your qualified high efficiency system must be installed by an APS Qualified Contractor, who has met the APS Residential Quality Installation program eligibility requirements. Contact the Electric League of Arizona at (602) 263-9391, or apsinfo@electricleagueofarizona.org for a Qualified Contractor referral.
• Your application must also include a completed APS Residential AC Rebate Program Application form along with the required supporting documentation for the applicable equipment.
• Your APS Qualified Contractor must provide the sizing, refrigerant charge and airflow data requested on the application form and the documentation necessary to support that data.

How to Apply for a Quality Installation Rebate

• Make certain that your unit is installed by an APS Qualified Contractor.
• Fill out the Quality Installation Rebate Application along with the corresponding Residential AC Rebate Program Application form. Your APS Qualified Contractor can assist you with submitting the documentation required for your rebate application.
• Mail your rebate application and invoice from a licensed contractor showing proof of installation and payment to:

• Your information will be verified prior to issuing a rebate check. We conduct on-site inspections at a random sample of homes prior to issuing a rebate check.
• Once your application is approved, we will mail your rebate check. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your rebate application to be processed. Note that this incentive may be combined with your Residential AC Rebate into a single check.
