The Arizona Corporation Commission granted APS a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility (CEC) for this project on August 9th, 2005. APS is currently working with the Bureau of Land Management, the Arizona State Land Department and private property owners identifying right-of-way alignments within the certificated corridor.
