If you’re a limited income customer, you may be eligible to reduce your electric bill through our Energy Support Program (E-3) or Medical Care Equipment Program (E-4).

• add $495 for each additional household member
• income’s defined as total income (before taxes) for all household members
• your reduction will vary depending on how much electricity you use each month

• account holder must complete, sign and return the application form
• application processing takes approximately 35-45 days
• recertify each year to maintain eligibility (we’ll automatically send you the necessary paperwork)

• to qualify you must be eligible for our Medical Care Preparedness Program and complete the physicians verification
