Qualified Contractor Referrals 

APS maintains a list of contractors in the Phoenix metro area who have met the stringent requirements of the APS Qualified Contractor program. If you live in the Phoenix metro area, we can refer you to an APS Qualified Contractor. 

APS Qualified Contractors are licensed, bonded and insured members of the Arizona Heat Pump Council, and are committed to a rigorous continuing education program for their service technicians. 

Do you have a specific comment or question about home energy efficiency? Simply e-mail the Arizona Heat Pump Council, being sure to include your name and daytime phone number, and they will e-mail you or call you with a response by the end of the next business day.

If you are in need of an immediate contractor referral, call the APS Energy Answer Line during normal business hours at (602) 371-3636, or (888) 890-9730 outside the Phoenix area. If you have a few days to wait for a reply, you can request an APS Qualified Contractor Referral by sending e-mail to the Arizona Electric League.

Please provide your full name, phone number, e-mail address, whether you're an APS customer, your cross streets, city, state, zip code, and whether you need AC Repair/Service or if you're looking to replace equipment.

We will reply to the e-mail address you provide with up to three APS Qualified Contractors that service your area. The information you provide will be kept in the strictest confidence, and we will not add your name to a mailing list.
