1. Are you licensed, bonded and insured?*         
2. How long have you been in business in Arizona?         
3. Do you have a published business address and identified service trucks?         
4. Do you have a satisfactory complaint resolution record with the Registrar of Contractors?* Are there any unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau?         
5. Do your technicians participate in regular continuing education?         
6. Do you offer third party arbitration in the event of a dispute?*         
7. Do you specialize in service and replacement of heat pump and air conditioning systems?         
8. Will you provide professional written estimates including a Heating and Cooling Load Analysis, SEER performance data and an estimate of savings on my heating and cooling bill?         
9. Will you inspect and repair leaking ducts?         
10. Have you signed a customer satisfaction Pledge of Performance?*         
11. Do you provide maintenance agreements?         
12. Do you provide and explain written warranties?         
13. Can you provide a referral list of satisfied customers?
