After completing the Shut-off Service form, you will receive confirmation of your request.

Please allow at least three working days notice (Monday - Friday) to turn off your electricity. We cannot guarantee a time our service personnel will be at the location to complete the request, as orders are worked throughout the day. 

Requests received on major holidays or weekends will be handled during the following week. 

If you have placed a deposit with APS, it will be returned to you with interest. It will be applied to your final bill and any remaining credit will be mailed to your forwarding addess. 

To turn off your service, we will need unassisted access to your meter.
