Testing Your Meter

If you believe that your meter is not working properly, you may request a meter performance test by an APS meter representative.  A $50 charge plus taxes and fees will be charged to the account at the time the appointment is scheduled.

If it is determined that the meter is inaccurate, the fee is reversed.  If the meter meets the performance standards and is determined to be accurate, the fee remains on the account.
