 Please enter the Customer Account number listed on your APS bill for the address for which you are disconnecting service. After completing the Transfer Service form, an APS Customer Associate will contact you to verify your request.

Information you should know:
- A $35 (plus tax) activation fee will appear on your first bill.
- To transfer your service, we may require access to your meter.
- Please provide at least three working days notice (Monday-Friday) to turn off your electricity.
- You must be listed as an Authorized Agent. Our Letter of Authorization form is available online.
