Landlord Transfer of Service Agreement Once you have met the Eligibility Requirements please read the Landlord Terms and Conditions and complete all fields on the Landlord Agreement Form. For additional properties complete the Property Description Form and include with your Landlord Agreement. The form(s) can be filled out online, however, online submssion is not available.
