Please use the checklist below to ensure site is ready for APS to proceed with installation of electric facilities.
- Lot lines and corners have been staked
- Locate all customer installed underground facilities (i.e. sprinklers, well water lines, septic tanks, retention areas, etc.)
- Underground facilities have been staked within 2 feet of their location along the cable route
- Underground cable route has been cleared of all obstructions
- Grade stakes have been set along the route marked to indicate final grade
- Cable route has been filled or cut to within 6” of final grade
