Requests for Proposal


APS is seeking turnkey proposals in this Distributed Energy RFP to meet our overall resource needs. APS will only consider proposals whose enabling technologies meet the qualifications of being Distributed Renewable Energy Resources pursuant to A.A.C. R14-2-1802(B).

Renewable RFP

APS is seeking proposals for renewable energy resources to meet a portion of its overall resource needs. The eligible technologies for this Renewable RFP include biomass/biogas, landfill gas, geothermal, solar, wind, hybrid wind and solar, renewable natural gas and hydropower technology.

Renewable RFP

APS is seeking competitive proposals for a long term power purchase agreement for a developer financed concentrating solar power (CSP) project. APS is pursuing this on behalf of the Joint Development Group (JDG), a consortium of several southwestern utilities. The project should be in the range of 250 MW and located in either Arizona or Nevada. Only commercially proven, transmission-interconnected CSP technologies will be considered.
