
APS is seeking proposals for renewable energy from small generation resources to meet the requirements of APS’ Small Generation Pilot Program. The eligible renewable technologies for this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) are referenced in the Renewable Energy Standard and Tariff (A.A.C. R14-2-1802(A)). This RFP is not seeking Distributed Energy offers.
Developers are encouraged, as part of their project proposals, to include a partnership with municipal, governmental or educational institutions.

APS is seeking turnkey proposals in this Distributed Energy RFP to meet our overall resource needs. APS will only consider proposals whose enabling technologies meet the qualifications of being Distributed Renewable Energy Resources pursuant to A.A.C. R14-2-1802(B).
