APS is seeking proposals for renewable energy from small generation projects from 2 - 15 MWac to meet the requirements of APS’  Small Generation Program. All Renewable Energy Standard and Tarrif (A.A.C. R14-1802(A)) eligible technologies, including biogas, landfill gas, biomass, geothermal, solar, wind, hybrid wind and solar and eligible hydro power are encouraged to participate. This RFP is NOT seeking Distributed Energy offers.

Community Power Project – Flagstaff Pilot

In this Request for Proposal, APS is seeking competitive proposals for distributed residential photovoltaic systems to meet the requirement of APS’s Community Power Project – Flagstaff Pilot (Arizona Corporation Commission (“ACC”) Docket No. E-01345A-09-0227.

In this Request for Proposal, APS is seeking competitive proposals for utility-scale photovoltaic solar energy from multiple projects to meet a portion of the requirements in APS's Revised 2010 Renewable Energy Standard Implementation Plan and the 2009 APS Rate Case Settlement. The minimum project size is 15 MWac and the maximum is 50 MWac.
