APS is seeking proposals for renewable energy from small generation projects from 2 - 15 MWac to meet the requirements of APS’ Small Generation Program. All Renewable Energy Standard and Tarrif (A.A.C. R14-1802(A)) eligible technologies, including biogas, landfill gas, biomass, geothermal, solar, wind, hybrid wind and solar and eligible hydro power are encouraged to participate. This RFP is NOT seeking Distributed Energy offers. Bidders are required to use the PowerAdvocate platform to respond to this RFP. Community Power Project – Flagstaff Pilot In this Request for Proposal, APS is seeking competitive proposals for distributed residential photovoltaic systems to meet the requirement of APS’s Community Power Project – Flagstaff Pilot (Arizona Corporation Commission (“ACC”) Docket No. E-01345A-09-0227.
