RFP Response Checklist

Respondents should use this checklist to assure that all information that APS requires is submitted with the Respondent's proposal(s).

	1.	Confidentiality Agreement
	2.	Bidder's Fee
	3.	Proposal Certification and Summary
	4.	Annual Estimated Delivered Energy spreadsheet
	5.	Statement of Financial Conditions and Creditworthiness Qualifications
	6.	Redlined version of Purchase and Sale Agreement.
	7.	Mail one complete package to APS and one CD-ROM. The envelope shall indicate "Response to APS 2008 Renewable Energy RFP."
