APS is seeking turnkey proposals in this Distributed Energy RFP to meet our overall resource needs. APS will only consider proposals whose enabling technologies meet the qualifications of being Distributed Renewable Energy Resources pursuant to A.A.C. R14-2-1802(B).

The Bidder's Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. (MST-Arizona Time) on September 5, 2008. The conference will be held at 400 N. 5th St. Phoenix, AZ 85004 (see map below) on the 2nd floor in conference room Two (2) South. Please check in with lobby security upon arriving.
