Arizona Public Service Company has completed eleven (11) days of hearings before the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee. The public hearings are scheduled to reconvene on November 17, 2008 at the Phoenix Convention Center. Copies of the application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility (CEC), that APS filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission on July 1, 2008, as well as copies of the first eleven days of hearing transcripts can be viewed at the following locations:
