APS Continues to Partner with Builders Builders asked and we responded! APS recently invited several builders to discuss how they can better meet the builders’ needs. APS is adopting several changes as a result. One process change, effective immediately, is that all new subdivision projects will be designed using city 2nd submittals and returned to builders for review and signoff. Once returned, APS will expedite any changes and release a "final trench route and equipment locations" drawing. This process change will allow earlier coordination with other utilities. There is more to come.....stay tuned as APS continues to implement more hassle-free changes for homebuilders.
